My Auto Import Center replaced old metal halide fixtures with Light Corp’s Semaphore T8 8 lamp fixtures. Task lighting has been virtually eliminated, lumen output has improved, and energy consumption was reduced by 40%.

Challenge:

The biggest challenge at My Auto Imports was to improve lighting.   The existing metal halides were beginning to degrade and the light output just wasn't where it needed to be.  The mechanics were having difficulties working under and around the vehicles.  The goal was to eliminate task lighting and reduce energy consumption in order to improve the bottom line.

Solution:

The metal halides were replaced with Light Corporation energy efficient Semaphore T8 8 lamp fixtures.  The task lighting was virtually eliminated with the improved lumen output of the new fixtures.  Energy consumption was reduced by up to 40%.
