LEAN Manufacturing Process:
Through our lean, reliable, and flexible processes, our highly functional lighting products are built to last. We implement high standards through ISO 9001:2000 registered procedures as well as ISO -14001 registration to ensure our manufacturing and disposal processes are environmentally sound. Light Corp’s Product Innovation Project Execution (PIPE) includes these critical steps:
Ideation: ideation, data collection, review and approval
Concept: planning, risk analysis, mock-ups and review
Development: product specifications, timelines, supplier and material selection, prototypes, marketing plan, review
Production Design: process flow, environmental evaluation, packaging, tooling design, CAD drawings, process flow
Production Implementation & Validation: tooling, software, quality control, testing training, marketing, review
Launch: corrective action, sample orders
