CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY

We're Building Something More

Since our inception in 1986, we have operated under the premise that our organization exists for the benefit of our associates and their families, our community, and our owners. We are keenly aware that our responsibility, obligation, and positive impact extend far beyond the products we provide.

Culture

We strive to create more than just a place to work. With an average tenure of 13.5 years and 58% of our team with us for ten years or longer, we believe our associates feel the same.

LightCorp is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values diversity in our organization. We champion values that enhance human rights and promote equality, creating an environment of respect, integrity, and fairness for our employees, customers, and those with whom we conduct business.

Safety and Well-Being

Our robust safety management system—emphasizing awareness, early intervention, rapid response, and continuous improvement—helps enable our associates and visitors to thrive.

We’re passionate about providing resources to develop and support our greatest asset, our people. From access to Shape Corp’s nationally recognized wellness program, a robust Employee Assistance Program (EAP), to our continuing education assistance benefits, we provide our team with resources that support their physical and mental well-being that allows everyone to bring their best selves to work.

Sustainable Design & Procurement

Our products are designed with energy conservation in mind. LightCorp engineers consider the environmental and lifecycle impacts of our actions, from the product development stage through the execution of rigorous product evaluations. We prioritize the use of recyclable materials and strive to source materials ethically and responsibly.

Responsible Manufacturing

We endeavor to systematically conserve resources, eliminate waste, and reduce emissions to reduce our environmental impact in every aspect of our operations.

Community Involvement
